88.9 and feeling fine

Well, this week I was limited to the same route due to the snow and my schedule. I am not too worried about variation at this point because I am just building up my base miles. I had my first break through today..shaved 11 minutes off of my time. I know that I will go through phases of getting faster and slower as I build my mileage up. I just need to take it easy and listen to my body. Right now my body says, “BUY NEW SHOES!”
